During the booking process
If you want to add catering or make sure there is a flipchart in the space for your meeting, you can add these additional products in Step 2 of the booking process.
First, make sure the space you selected offers the products you need for your event. You find an overview of all available product on the space page in the section below the price information and opening hours.
Then once you have selected a date & time, you proceed to the next step, Step 2, where you can add these additional products and enter a quantity. If you have some dietary wishes, you can leave a comment for the venue owner in the specified field.
After making a booking
Once you made your booking and you want to change the quantity of the products you ordered or add/remove a product, you can do so by:
1. Log in on Deskbookers.com
2. Go to your account
3. Navigate to your Future bookings list
4. Select the booking
5. Scroll down to the Products section
6. Edit, Add, or Remove a product to your liking
7. Don't forget to press Save
