Inform your suppliers and streamline your operations - Service Provider Integration
Our service provider integration informs your suppliers, such as catering and facility services, of a booking with certain products. For example, does your location have a caterer who is serving the lunch? You can automatically inform the caterer when this lunch is booked.
Besides that, it is even possible to set up the reception as a supplier. Everything is ready before the customer arrives at the date of the booking. Has the customer reserved a projector? The reception can be automatically informed by this software.
How does it work?
First make sure you have added all your products and spaces. You can find these in your Settings in your own venue account.
In your Provider Settings you will find the menu Suppliers. Here you can add and manage all your suppliers. Make sure you add all correct details, so we can inform the right supplier about a new order in time.
After adding your supplier(s), you have to connect the specific task/product to the corresponding supplier. Potential task you could choose from are delivering products, cleaning, preparing, and receiving of guests.
When a booking is made, the right supplier is notified about his/her task.
