Information: The venue partner will be placed on the Deskbookers site where all spaces will be directly and hourly bookable. For this the partner must register and provide all necessary information.
Accessibility: The venue partner can be reached during office hours via email and / or telephone. The partner must keep track of the availability of the venue via the Deskbookers for Partners calendar.
Payment and Invoicing: Deskbookers receives 15% commission (ex VAT) on booked rooms and products via the Deskbookers platform. Invoicing to end-user is done by Deskbookers. The payout summary is made at the end of the month. After creating the payment summary and the commission invoice, the sum of both will be paid by Deskbookers within fourteen days.
Subscription fees: Monthly fee of € 20, - per location (ex VAT) for an advertisement on deskbookers.com.
Cancellation policy: Up to 24 hours before the start of the booking, a customer can change or cancel the booking free of charge.
Duration agreement: Agreement will take effect on the day of acceptance of the general terms and conditions and can be terminated monthly (by email / letter) by either party.
